Need some details. What model continental engine? What is it in? Is it in a Lincoln Continental? We don't know key info, makes it hard to help you. You need to post all the info related to your need.

The most common gap for them would be 0.025 for both but with out more info hard to be 100% sure

For the engine we also need the manufacture of the distributor as more than one brand was used and point gaps may be different.
