The first version is form #
A67660A.

The second version is form #
A78162D. There's four changes on
the front cover which follow
through to the inside pages. In
this version they also stopped
pushing the cabs.

The cabs were introduced during the B series I believe? It seems their marketing peaked in 1960. They were heavily featured at Cases world premiere 1960 at Bal Harbour FL, as well as making appearances in all of the 1960 brochures. I wonder when thay were last sold? I'd guess 62 at the latest. Haven't seen any high tin versions of them.

Are they:
front wheels;
large front hole in lower bolster casting;
fuel tank cap;
and seat back?

You got it.
Anybody know what the hole in the casting was for? I've never been around an early 30 series so I'm kind of curious.
