I get bored at work, found a chunk of 2x6 one day, and I always carry a knife. Add it all up you get this. I carved it up this over the last month or so during the 2-3 ten minute break periods during the day. Then I took some colored pencils in one day and gave it some life.I had only basic idea of what I was doing...both in design and technique.
So, What you all think of my crude craved piece

I've been lurking in the corners. Posted a few times. but otherwise the same ole reason for why I'm not here.... Busy or don't see much worth tossing my two cents in for. How's your bits and pieces greenhouse seem to be faring so far, though possibly to early/cold to get anything really going in it yet.

That's a pretty good start. My son is getting really good at wood carving. He has made several walking sticks. He even sold a few of them. He has one made from a solid tree limb that he carved a snake into it wrapped around it. He gets several compliments on it and also several people scared of it ! lol.
