So im pretty sure this is a Dearborn Loader.

Any ideas as to which model?

Does anyone know of a Identification plate or anything that could tell me exactly what I've got here?

I am going to say Wagner WM3. Good picture of the bucket cylinder and control valve would help confirm that.

I would like to positively identify it, there are a few guys online that make mounting brackets for them.
