I thought the lights were pretty obvious, they act as a spoiler to keep the front end on the ground at high speeds! Laughing

Experimental tractor 1943, has an R engine. I personally dislike the styleing. I guess no one did.

The only picture I've ever seen of that tractor was black and white. So does the color photo mean there's still one in existence or is it an original color photo? Without digging out my book I can't recall when the prototype was designed and built. Grill is nice, lights not so much.

I'm pretty sure this still exists. There have been articles written about it in the MM magazines over the years. Maybe post this down in the MM forum and see what those guys have to say.
