Didn't see your original post but will assume you have a 145 loader.
They were equipped with a Cessna valve. The buckets would leak down
when new and never got better. With particular customers who thought
that shouldn't happen we would warranty them. The new valves leaked
down also. We would install a Greasen valve which was on earlier model
loaders (48 & 58). It was more expensive but didn't leak down.
I think there are other options now.

You will have to order either a
closed center valve, or a convertible
valve with a closed center plug.

Seems like you have 3 separate issues and none of them may not even be related to needing a new "controller" what ever that is ?
