I was chipping some wood with my "sons" super major 5000,, all was going good nice relaxing time in thewoods, I was walking towards the tractor with a branch and see the tractor "overheating" maybe I broke a fan belt?? as I get closer I see it is puffing oil out the radiator cap,, not good, also puffing oil out the exhaust,, and puffing out the oil breather as well, I shut off the pto, idle her down, its only running half idle anyway,, and put it in 2 high to get it back without lugging the engine, ,, so head gasket time of what?? It doesnt have water in the oil from what I can see the oil looks good and black,, [typical diesel],, I wasnt planning on workin on the old girl, I was going to hook the hog to it and use it for routine "grass" maintenence for a while, but I guess its time to get greasy again,, pat
