Hey Zane, I've got the 51 8N stuck in two gears. I tried your recommnedation of loosening the PTO support bearing and the main shaft bearing at the back of the tranny by going through the inspection holes to see if if I could take some pressure off the gears. I could loosen the main bearing holder but I can't get to the bottom two bolts on the PTO/support bearing unless I go through the bottom. I've jacked up one wheel, blocked the clutch, pryed, pulled, prayed and cussed, nothing has worked. Am I at a point that splitting the rear of the tractor my only option left in order to get the pressure off of the shafts and gears?
