I found a couple of old spare carbs in Grandad's shop for the 8N back when I was restoring him, in fact I ended up rebuilding & using one of'em on him. The other I just pulled apart this past weekend to clean & rebuild. It was full of dobber mud, etc.

To the main point, it's the older style carb where the main jet has a spring clip pressing on the knob(TSX-33?). The little brass tag says "TSX" @ 12 oclock, "30" @ 3 oclock, & "38" @ 6 oclock. Sorry, I forgot to get a pic.

The stamps are very clear, but does that sound right?

Jeff........welp, I do know the M/S TSX-33 has a spring-loaded BIG knob down-pointing mainjet. What yer other two numbers mean, I really don't know but sound suspiciously like internal jet size numbers.......Dell
