These two things are labeled in an unfortunate manner. I'm going to clarify them.

Feedback Forum - This is the forum for posting feedback on Photo Ad and Classifieds buyers and sellers. It is found in the forum list with all the YT Forums.

Feedback Form - This is a form you can fill out to discuss moderation with the moderator and anything else you have to say to the moderator privately. It is found down in the left hand menu of the main home page.

Only found in "Classic" view. Not in "Modern" view. Unless I am missing something.

Technically yes. BUT....I just made a discovery thanks to your question and Chris' post. I use Modern. Yet when I clicked on the red YT tractor (upper left corner of every page, even in Modern), it automatically opened up the page that I got once switching to Classic. Never realized it was that easy.

Thanks Chris and Greg! :D

Feedback form can also be viewed/accessed on lower LH corner of YT home page which unless I overlooked it has no reference to Classic or Modern forums.

Greg, I believe the Report to Moderator links are for flagging inappropriate posts or posts from spammers.
