Pretty sure the steering pedestal needs to come off or at least a ways out. The crank pulley needs to come off, then remove and replace the seal. May or may not be a bad job. Taking the cranky pulley off my series 2 with power steering was not fun.

Yes, we do have power steering. Looks like a tough job. Thank you for you're encouragement.
