does anyone know if the front pump in front of the radiator have anything to do with my dozer not moving? I notice that it does go to a Reservoir inside of the bell housing where the tranny pump is located.it just stopped working...moving when I went to use it again

The inside roll pin was busted. Under the
transmission cover. The one that has the
rod that rolls when you push clutch
