hitch not coming up very high, doesn't seem like it goes down far enough, i turned the threads on the hitch out so it would go lower, don't know if i really gained anything there, the control lever only moves about halfway too the up position. i guess theres a rod under the tractor for the draft control, do these symptoms seem like it may be a draft control issue, ty |

There well could be a lot of dirt built up on the cover of the DOM box and the dirt is limiting the movement of the lever. The platform floor plate is a bit of a hassle to remove but you can after the bolts that hold the seat pedestal are removed and then you can get to the top of the tranny.
Also check to see if the sensing strap is locked into one of the holes of the floorboard, and not out in la-la land.Loren |

It still won't hurt to pull the floorboard and check out the movement of the DOM control arm on top of the linkage housing, and as I said the "draft/position control tab with the loop on the end and pin that locks into holes in the floor plate for adjustment.
