I purchased a 1971 International 1466 with the cab. Where do you check the hydraulic fluid in these? I lifted up the floor mats and the cab floor is 1 sheet of metal. I didn't see anything on the back of the tractor or around the steering wheel or pedals.

Should be a dipstick right below the park lever.
You add oil there too. Not the handiest place. You
definitely need a good funnel and disengage the
park lever.

Like highwayman said there is a hole in the floor board with the dipstick under the floor level. Check and fill same hole.

One of Harvesters classic blunders.
Probably couldn't have picked a dirtier place.
