I have a slight diesel fuel leak on one of my fuel lines. I replaced the manual lift pump and reused the old lines and the line that runs from the shutoff to the lift pump is leaking at the connection to the lift pump. I can't find the line available anywhere, any ideas where to get a replacement. I'm not up on the different types of connectors, can somebody tell me what type of connector that is used on the fuel line, maybe I can make one if I know what type of connector to get. Thanks!

Hello
Looks like there are four different lines for this tractor. I have one of them new, and can find the others. If you send me your E-mail, I can send you a photo of the one I do
have here. My E-mail is open....bottom right classic view.

Wayne, those 4 lines are the injector lines, I need the one that runs from the fuel shutoff to the manual lift pump.

Measure the outside diameter of the line, then go to your local autoparts store, get the same diameter steel brake line, then bend it by hand, and cut the ends off. You re-use the nuts from the old line, and you will need some new rubber olives for the ends. That's what I do because you won't find those new.

NO, those are the ones I am talking about. There are four different part numbers for the one line you are talking about.

The one I do have is a C shape with one end about 2 inches longer than the other.

Ok, I thought you were talking about the four injector lines, those seem to be the only ones I can find. Can you get the one I need?

actually if you look on E-bay and search 189506m91...this is my pipe that I do have.
I can probably find the others, but we have to make sure we know which one you need.

You can try using the parts book you will find on line at https://apb.agcocorp.com/ Pages 142 and 144 show you the options of the line between the tank and fuel lift pump. You will need to determine which diesel engine (direct or indirect injection) and tractor serial number yours is, as there are multiple choices.

I had a similar problem on an early 165. The casting metal on the aftermarket pumps is soft and can be easily cross threaded. The connection will look good but will leak. I would double check the connection before replacing the line unless there is an obvious hole in the line.
