Ready to plant here, just need a day of sunshine. Some guys went ahead and planted the soya before their corn.
Nice straight rows there!

I'm always amazed at your collection of tractors and how you find the time to maintain them. Your soil looks as good or better than what we have here in So IL. We are wet here, getting one to two inches of rain a week. |

I had to look twice at that last photo.
My brain thought that inner wheel on the left was leaning.
Then I saw the shadow. |

We're in Upstate NY. Went from extremely dry in March to too wet to do anything. I envy you guys. |

Has been very dry here except for a couple of small showers. Today we are getting a slow rain that will probably amount to a 1/2. |

Still dry but has been quite cold for this time of year. Using this drill conserves the moisture accumulated from winter snows and plants into moisture. Some warm weather and the beans will be off and running. |

The 1170 will pull the drill easily in 5th gear, but can run the 2470 idled down in 3-3 at about 7 mph and have the power shift to slow down while turning on the ends. |

Nice set up, those coulter drills do a nice job. Been looking for a 20' CIH to replace our 15' Marliss. Might have to look at Great Plains as well. Nice 930's you can never have to many capable tractors. |
