Oil is leaking bad on the underside of the power steering rack (power steering cylinder) on my 1966 180 Massey Ferguson. Is it the oil seal
on the lower end of the shaft assemble and if so what is the best way to fix it?
Thank you

As a temporary fix - try some Lucas Power Steering Sealer. My control valve was leaking horribly and it slowed / stopped it. I now add a couple ounces every once in a while - but it has only been in for a month. They say several months maybe needed.

I've got this same issue on mine and I keep kicking the can down the road on fixing it. My service manual shows disassembling that whole deal up front to fix the seal if I'm reading it right. There is also a timing/shimming procedure when you reassemble it.
