Update I ran all new 3/8 fuel line to a JD KV13829 electric fuel pump put strainer in after the fuel pump. New seals and hand primer seals in the filter housing new filter. Bled lines to the pump had fuel coming out of the return on top of pump, No fuel to the injectors. Power to the shut off solenoid when on and starting. no click. It has security torx on the cover so I can't get to the solenoid but that must be the problem or the head broke off in the pump. The tractor only has 3620 hours.

You can get the security torx bits at any auto parts store.
