Is there anyone that makes the main hood sides? I can find new lower side pieces but that's it. The left side of the hood on my 641 is beyond repair. I could reuse the right side pieces as well as fuel door if I could locate everything for the left side.

Unfortunately, you're either gonna have to cough up $$$ for a entire new assembly (hood / sides / door), or hunt for used. Carpenter sells the entire tin nose repro. I've had good luck with used parts from Walt's tractor. Has a yard full of parts tractors. He'll send ya pictures of what he finds for you.

Thanks, ill check with Walts. I know where a jubilee is that has all the parts plus tires that I need for $1,900 but its a running tractor. I'd never be able to tear apart a good tractor to fix another.
