Need help diagnosing problem. Replaced points with Pertronix electronic ignition. Converted positive ground to negative ground. Tractor cranks and runs but only on one cylinder. Both plugs are firing, verified by spark tester. Pulling #2 plug has no effect. New plugs, new wires(not solid core), valves adjusted to factory spec, compression within spec, removed screen from LP line to eliminated clogged possibility, timing set and verified by checking button alignment at TDC for both cylinders. One possibility could be LP pressure which is at 7lb but tractor has ran on sub 5lb in previous condition. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I guess I'd try a new distributor cap.

#2 maybe sparking , but is it sparking just prior to the piston reaching TDC during the compression stroke ?
What is the compression in each cylinder ?
Is the carb sending LP to the #2 cylinder ?
