Finally got the stuck brake disc off!! I had to heat it several times, tap on it with a hammer, used the air chisel on it and candle wax 2 or 3 times and it finally moved. Pretty well destroyed the old disc getting it off. I was thinking wrong, there is a dust seal in front of the grease seal. I tried putting a screw in it and pop it out, but the screw just pulled out. After trying 3 progressively larger screws and making 3 holes in it, I heated it up and ran a self tapper in it and was able to get it out. The seal sets deep in the recess, I need to get a longer bit to drill and hole in it and a longer screw to put in it to get the old seal out. I got the nut off of the back of the Hydra Power. It wasn't very tight, I thought those were supposed to be tightened to like 250 or 300#'s?? I cleaned up the actuators, one side only had 3 balls in it instead of 5. I cleaned up the outside covers and the leaking side had a strip of orange silicon around it, imagine that!! Waiting on parts, the clutch and pressure plate are here but nothing else yet.
