Still having problems with Allis Bearings at 040 size just wondering if any other bearings were the same from another Allis models that would do

AC supplied bearings to .045" undersize for the WC and WD engine, but only to .035" for the B and C engine. You may have to have your crankshaft metallized and reground to standard or get a different crank.
