Good afternoon, AZ GARY:
This is always a difficult question. No matter what you paint it with, someone can always tell you it is the wrong color. How do they know??? You can't anticipate folks who think they know everything about your tractor before you meet them. Some folks reading your request here may have a good answer, then you will be able to answer those questions folks ask. When it is your tractor, the answers to many questions is in your showmanship as much as in the facts. The little girl at Tractor Supply working her way through school is not an expert on paint for your tractor, and the store has a color listed that might be right, or might not. So you are on your own if someone says it's the wrong color. Just my opinion....

I am thinking there should be an Economy tractor website, group or some such. Most of the lawn/garden tractors I have been interested in have had one. They could help you with paint advice.

If you want to go the 'rattle can' route, I think Tractor Supply has both Allis Chalmers and Kubota orange. (Assuming your Economy is orange, of course. I think some of the later models were two-tone.) Only a real purist would know the difference.

The Economy tractors were Case Flambeau Red, which is orange.

As John posted the factory color is Case Flambeau Red, many fellows use Allis orange Chevy engine orange Kubota orange and in rattle cans I use Rustoleum Lobster Red they are all close

And I don't care what the correct police say. Those colors are close enough.
