Our HOA has an 8N, serial # 506332, 6v, side distributor w/ generator. The wiring is fried so I"ve ordered a wiring harness, new regulator and a new terminal block (the existing term block appears broken). The only block I could order (8NNN14448A) APPEARS to be slightly different than the one currently on the tractor. Are they one in the same? Also, what are the odds I"ll need a new generator or starter?
Thanks, Gary in CO

That terminal block will work just FINE on your "side-mount" 8N.
