I bought a 190XT diesel last fal. I took it out to try to cut some hay with the hydroswing and it will not lift the header up unless the rpms are at 1900 or higher. At the hydraulic remotes it has about 1900 PSI at 2000rpms it calls for 2250-2350 at 2000 RPMS. Do you guys just thing my pump is weak or do I have air it my system. We hooked the WD-45 to the lift line on the hydroswing and it lifts the header easily at idle so I know the problem is in the tractor and not the haybine. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Paul

KISS formula. You have pressure, but do you have flow? Eliminate simpler problems first, before attacking the pump. Valves, seals, internal leaks in valves or remotes. Simple crack in a housing may funnel oil back into the system instead of through it. Hot oil can indicate that- bypassing continuously, etc.

Check your hoses they may not be mating to the tractor correct, that will stop the flow to lift cyl. B W

I am also wondering if you guys know if the PTO on this tractor is Hydraulically powered and if it will hurt it to run the tractor at less than the 540 PTO speed.
thanks again
