Just put in a rebuilt start to a WD 45. Ran great. We got a hell of a lot of rain yesterday. The stack, battery and starter were covered, the rest of the tractor was exposed. Today it cranked right up. It stalled out then when I go to refire I got nothing, it has to be a loose connection somewhere because there is nothing, no spark, no turnover. Prolly just wet?? Any suggestions?

Pull the starter out and then clean where it slips in real good. Also check all your battery connections. Make sure the tapper lock on the starter is good and tight also

tapper lock? where would that be?

the battery is fine. the testing light shows power juice down to the starter. i took it out, put it back in, it turned over once, then again..nothing. its just a connection problem i just dont know where. when i pull the starter lever to engage the starter, nothing happens. could something be worn? its a new rebuilt starter. could it be a solenoid problem??

Well first off it should not have a solenoid if its still stock. The tapper lock if the bolt that holds the starter on and it needs to be clean and tight. You said it turned over once then stopped that say bad connection some place and it could even be the switch that is on the starter they do go bad
