Im tring to find out if my 48 dc had a 3 point hitch went to case they didnt seem to know in the picks on there computer the back of the tractor didnt show a bracket but if you look at the pics of the implements the show a third arm does anyone know i would like to hook a brush hog to it to mow my field thanks

The eagle hitch wasn't added to the SC and DC until the fifties. The 48 DC has a two point lift called for lack of a better name a cultivator lift. I know there are some intovative guys on this board who have modified the lifts for various implements and hopefully some will chime in.

It has a hydraulic lift, right. It should be what is called a "lifting bail". You can fabricate lifting arms and pin them to the lifting bail. You will have to take the seat off and bolt a beam under it to support the middle arm. I can send a sketch, if interested.
