Older Case Running Gear

I need to find out what color the older case running gear is and what color the rims and drop hitch is" as i"m restoring it to make a hay ride wagon out of it. photo's and any help appreiated. Thx

You can sand on parts and maybe bring out some color, or pick an era that you like and paint it to match. These gears had several color schemes over the years. Barry.

Under the paint brushed on red paint is case flambeau red or orange this i know what i"m worndering is what the rim"s and hitch colors are ?

I THINK that if you've found Flambeau Red on part of the gear, then the whole thing should be that color. (Wheels, frame, hitch, etc.)

Dad had a Case running gear wagon back in the 1950"s. Flambeau body with Case green wheels.

Was to a recent auction that had several Case wagons. Gears were flambeau red and rims were the desert sunset or tan. These were from the 50's & 60's.

I kind of favor the desert sunset era. Also easy to paint, remove the wheels and paint them desert sunset, paint whatever is left flambeau red.
