Does anyone here recognize this type of seat? Someone placed a brick under it at some point in time and I'm quite certain that is not the correct replacement part. Does it need some sort of rubber hangers or grommets? If so, where might I be able to find something like this?

Thanks.

That is the optional Easy Ride seat. The rubber pieces are springs. The springs are left & right hand. Best to renew both at the same time or you may end up lopesided.

I think Don L & John Saeli still sell them.

Just a quick followup: I just sent the seat off to Minn-Kota repair in Minnesota. Looking forward to installing the restored springs, etc. and bouncing away on my good ole' VAC.
