Anyone know why a 995 DB 3 point hitch jumps up and down when I mount a bush hog or any other attachment onto the tractor?

hi cj if it only moves about 1"-2" up and down its probably the 3pt lift cyl seals leaking and the control valve is constantly correcting it hope this helps. tom
