Hello,
Can somebody help me out. We need a rebuilt transmission for a 2090 for farmstockpulling.
Rules 2700 RPM and airrestrictor 68 MM max.
What is possible or advice.
Thanks; Peter Manders Holland Europe |

Hopefully you have an 8 speed manual transmission or if you are running a lot of hp the powershift would hold up |

Hello,
is there a chance to get a factory built 8 speed transmission for case 2090 and 2290?
I have only seen this tractor with power shift.
Thanks, Michael Siebers Germany Europe |

Peter , there were 8 speed 20-22's built early in production. There are way more 70 series boxes around over here and they are popular with the Case clan, even 30 series do just fine, there are people who use production range gear sets, mix and match to give a half gear jump between high and low range and there is a lot of interchangability between the 30-70 series transmissions in the range box. Google Elmers Repair on the web, He has some Super Stock class Cases, I think even some alky burners, in NTPA and will be invaluable to you in both knowledge and parts as you build. mEl |
