I presume its a "2 stick" model.

Your post is a little hard to understand in: "........let the clutch out in low side in gear or not you will stall engine out the high side will shift all gears and move in them...."

Mine didn't get stuck per say. The roll pin that keeps the high-low shifter from rotating on its shaft broke and allowed the range sifter rail to rotate and then the shifter ball wouldn't engage it anymore and you couldn't move it. Its possible something like that happened to you and its in 2 gears when you move it to low range its not completely out of high range HOWEVER... I'm not sure if you can get the range shaft into 2 gears at the same time....

Regardless you'll have to pull the gas tank, steering column and shifter plate to get to the parts.

Sounds to me like the gear has gaulded to the shaft and will take serious work and money to save the tractor. Does it drive with the shifter in neutral? I suspect the answer will be yes. Worst case you will have to cut the range gears out with a torch and replace the sliding gear shaft and any damaged range box parts. I have been down this road a few times and it aint pretty. The whole transmission and rear will require a thorough cleaning as cutting material will be everywhere. Hope I'm wrong for you and your wallets sake. mEl
