back on the 1070 pto discussion, the shift pins, i've seen lots of 90 series an a few 5000 series but very few 70 series peoblems just a fluke or were the 70 series better pins i've got a 90 here now that won't shift far enough to get the ring back in to run 540 suppose a pin broke an lodged.

probably , either that or broke, we had a few lower sleeves in the 70 series break and a few problems with the pins also. I guess the design is so similar that what can happen to one can happen to the other. I really do not think that the lower sleeve and gear train is the problem with the unit in question however. mEl
