My 7045 power shift clutch pedal is just about all the way out before the tractor will begin to move. Sometimes I have to reach down and pull up on it to get the tractor to move. The pedal spring is good. Its like it needs adjusting. Can it be adjusted and how do I do it? Thanks for your help. Bill.

per itt manual. adjust york (Y) until a clearance of 0.001 - 0.020 inch is obtained between inching spool lever and inching spool at point c. release inching pedal and adjust pedal return stop screw until a clearance of 0.10 - 0.30 inch is obtained between inching spool lever and inching spool at point c with incing spool held in against it internal stop. pedal return stop screw may be reached by removing engine side cowling cover and insulation blocks, then reaching in from top.
