I have a 1965 Allis 180 diesel, and the oil pressure sending unit keeps failing. Sometimes they fail in only a few hours, sometimes it takes a few months. The dealer hasn"t been helpful, they just keep selling me a couple more. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Is there a replacement from another source that might last longer? Thanks Bill

Had similar luck with a Gleaner F2 combine. But it had a gauge. All you need is simple on-off! If you have a helpful NAPA or similar store they could probably find something in their picture book that would work.
