I had advertised this pulley on YT photo ads for $10 a few times, no takers. I put it on ebay, which is a new thing for me, and now it has been bid up over $80. Are these people crazy or is this thing really worth that much? Also, what is it for? it fits on a 1-1/8" Allis B PTO.

It's a fairly hard-to-find double pulley used on the #5 sickle mower that mounts on the B, C, and CA. Although I heard recently that you can still get them from AGCO.

Thanks, I appreciate the explanation. It's been quite a surprise.

I'm not sure that would fit on a C since they changed to the larger pto shaft when the CA replaced the C. I've never seen a C with the larger shaft, only the late B's.....of course someone could change the C housing/shaft with one from a late model B. I do have a pulley like that (with mower and belts) for sale if anyone is interested.

Not meaning to brag, just can't figure out why nobody wants it for
10 if it's worth that much, or else why they're bidding it up if it's
only a $10 part that nobody wants. It's certainly a nice surprise,
though.
