Have a 4690 that seems to be running warm water temp is fine had pump and injectors rebuilt new turbo just spent 4300 in shop replacing front engine plate and crank seal plate worn couldn't hold timing on pump finaly got 237 hp out of it after deisle shop said to take shims out of rack in pump any sugestions

What temperatures are you running? Is the pyro mounted post turbo like on my 2870?

237 HP on the pto is higher than rated. You might just have her tuned a little aggressive.

Used to run a 4494 with exhaust temp maxed out all the time. Finally figured out the little pre cleaner air box in the intake (the thing that sends the dirt and debris to the exhaust pipe) was plugged.
