I need an end connector for the throttle linkage on a 5610. The end I need is on the back end of the linkage rod going to the injector pump. It threads on the rod and snaps on a ball. The one I have is plastic and I would like to have a metal one. 903-863-2228 or e-mail

Dealer. Hold onto your wallet as they cost about $25-$30. Sometimes you see them on Ebay. About the same price there.
Makes the plastic one you have look not so bad doesn't it?

A friend needed one a couple of months ago so he went to his friendly NH dealer. They told him they had plastic or metal and since the broken one was plastic he told them metal thinking $5 or $10. They hit him up for $23 so he made them throw in a couple of NH Agriculture ball caps. He gave me one of them. My friend got taken to the cleaners and I got a free cap out of the deal!

some better auto parts stores will have throttle/control linkage parts. Our 5000 was able to be fitted with a standard size metal one on a sunday when the plastic one shattered. The threads on the tractor rod were the same as the automotive ball joint. most parts stores can get or stock the Dorman brand. Napa uses their own numbers and maybe a different vendor.

CNH Fiat appears to be hitting pretty hard on the parts for older stuff. Last week I picked up a header support pin for my 16 year old discbine. It is no more than a 7/8 hitch pin so I was thinking around $35.00 but it was $86.00
