Just had a floor poured in a barn built 2 years ago. Wife liked the Mr Ed door idea on one side. (aspirations of horses some day) anyway now I"m moving some things in the barn and need locks mounted internally since of course it opens from the outside. What"s my best most secure bet for locks?

Our barn had a knob and a dead lock on the bottom door and a big barrel bolt to lock the top half to the bottom.
The lower dutch door had a ledge top that stuck out far enough to protect the knob which was just below the ledge.
It was great to be able to open the top for light and air but still have that strong door shut to keep the cows in. A good style door to have!
