i have a friend who just called me and said his 2020 rockshaft will not go all the way down. this is a 2020 gas two wheel drive. four cylinder.
said the depth control is set all the way down. its doing this with the weight of a blade on it.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i told him if anyone would have an answer you guys would. thank you in advance.

Check to be sure the rate of drop screw under the seat is at least open a little bit. IF R-O-D screw isn't the problem then it's probably something in the control linkage.
