    Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. I'm headed back out to the shop to disassemble the brakes again and look for dirt or mistakes in assembling. We tried backing of the adjusting bolt until it literally fell out of the actuator. Tightening up the bolts that hold the cover to the housing...
