20 acre tractor
It's actually pretty sandy, soft soil. The hunting ground has only been mowed for the last 15 years. It would need some serious work to get it turned I would bet.- Tom Bond

What would be my best bet for a working tractor for 20 acres tillable? I've had several old Fords. A 4000 4 cyclinder, a couple 961's an 861 and a Jubilee. Those were more just hobbies. 1961 Industrial
Would anyone have a rough idea what this might weigh with the loader, weights and rear box? Came up for sale not too far from me and I'm thinking about it. Ad describes it as a 1961 Industrial. 961 tail light
Been looking for a work light and tail light and found these. I know the tail light isn't from a 961 with the bracket that came on it so I just took a piece of stock to mount it to for now to make it work. Seafoam Marine Pro
Does anyone know if it would hurt to use Seafoam Marine Pro in the fuel for my 961 vs. the original Seafoam? I bought 8 gallons of ethanol free fuel. Used 4 gallons and pre mixed with 2 stroke oil for my outboard. Added about the recommended amount of the Marine Pro to that and have 10 oz. left... -

That was it Sean. Got it out and ran it around a bit today. Throttle holds steady loaded and stays the same after I depress the clutch. Thanks for your help. -

Thanks Sean! After reading your reply, I starting checking over the linkage's and springs. Found the governor compensator spring by the bell crank disconnected. By some act of God, it was still under there and never fell off during transport here. I have it hooked up now and hope that may be the... -

Picked up another 961 I found last weekend. Pretty straight, solid tractor. Starts fine, idles fine, runs good under load. Only thing I have a problem with is when I push the clutch in to turn or slow down, the engine wants to take off to almost full throttle. I can slow it down with the... -

I bought a Deere back blade a while back but I need to repair or replace a few teeth on it if possible. Whatta ya think? Can this be repaired? This part is no longer available from Deere. Power steering cylinder seal kit
ust the rod end is leaking some. I believe it's just the wiper seals for the rod. The other end is dry with no leaks.
