961 Step

Saw something similar somewhere on here before so I thought I'd throw one together at the shop today with some cut offs from previous jobs. Might make life a bit easier getting on and off.

It's about the same as what I made for my 960. As a big old geezer, I still have difficulty stepping over the transmission.
The fenders on the row crops are just too low to steady myself as I try to maneuver my right leg. I finally switched the
fenders to ones from the 600 & 800 series, but it sure looks peculiar.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

When I decide to do it I will put it under the existing running board. This way right foot goes on the new step, left onto the running board, swing right over without having to shuffle and swap feet positions while on my toes on left running board.
