    Fuel Guage o M7030

My fuel gauge works part of the time. Right now it seems to be stuck on 1/2 tank. How much of a job to replace or repair? Or do I stick with the stick?

    Series 420

I know those weight are valuable. But we are a long way from Kansas, Toto. I think I am going to try to sell it for $2500. The young guys don't like running it, but I am used to running junk, so Old John and I get along fine. Trouble is that I am wearing out too. If any of you watchers are...

    Series 420

I am going to guess it is a 420Standard, gasoline and 5 speed tranny PTO(2 stage clutch) with a horizontal steer. I have never looked for a tag on it, where would one be?

    Series 420

Thank you, One rear tire is like new and the other is 80% neither are checked. Front tires are not checked and hold air all winter. We are located in Cuba, NY, exit 26 on I-86. My understand is the factory power steering makes it collectable and I have seen prices for the factory front wheel...

    Series 420

It is time to replace our JD 420. It is used for mowing our Rod and Gun Club (6ft finish mower). 2-3 acres once a week. Everything works except the charging system. I have a feeling it is the wiring to the generator or regulator(we keep the battery charged). It is housed and starts the first...

Are they 5 Foot tillers that Tractor Supply Sells very heavy duty?

I have a 6 foot TSC and abuse it, lot of rocks. l double nutted everything so the vibration doesn't loosen things. Use corn head grease in the transfer case to stop oozing. Was told by a dealer that there wasn't that much difference between the brands.

    Ductless Mini Split systems

We have a 2 head system and it works great. AC is quiet and the heat works down to almost 0. They are not cheap if you go to a contractor. You can buy kits ready to install and save a lot of money. Try to find a HVAC guy to help you. The installation is all on the outside and most kits come...

Allis Chalmers 3 bottom Roll-Over Plow

Not quite like the picture. But it bolts on the frame not the landside. Do you still have a r;oll-over?

Allis Chalmers 3 bottom Roll-Over Plow

This plow has a tail wheel, my 70 series does not. If I drop a bottom off does it change the pivot arm? And screw up the tail wheel? I may have to go look at it but it's 100 miles away.

Allis Chalmers 3 bottom Roll-Over Plow

I have found an Allis 3 bottom Roll-over plow that looks to be in good shape. Points, lands, shins look good in the pictures. It has a hyd. powered roll over. Frame looks very similar to a regular Allis 3 bottom plow.(I have one) I have not looked at the plow and I think it may be in an...

What is the easiest/cheapest way to mount a snow plow on my euro-global FEL receiver?

    Electric vehicles and gas tax

There is talk of a mileage tax and it will be on everything unless we get our act together and fight for an EV milage tax only. The Texas registration fee is a good idea, but I am sure the climate change people will fight it.

Preserving hydraulic hoses, floating an idea

I've done this with my long hoses. Sometimes you end up with a plumbing nightmare, older equipment and cylinders use different connectors and sizes. I watch for sales on fittings and once I've got everything customized it works fine.

Is it True? Milwaukee and Ryobi made in same factory.

Just saw this online so it must be true!

    Roll-Over 2 Bottom Plow

I want one to do small fields and food plots. Turn it one way this year and the other way next year. I dead head now. But I guess I can buy a lot of diesel for what a plow costs.
