    36A loader on a 1964 2010 diesel

    I have a 2010 diesel and can get a 36A loader for it cheaply. Unit would be used on hobby farm, mainly to feed 800# round bales during winter. Tractor has scv for one remote cylinder. What are my options for powering the loaders two valves (lift and bucket). Thanks for your help. George

    3020 leaking oil on my boots!

    Question for the experts. 1964 3020, row crop, wide front end, diesel, powershift found after sitting for 5 years. All systems coming back up nicely. Now I'm getting a significant oil leak from the steering column right at the steering wheel. Steers fine- just leaks on your feet...

    Checking 3020 PS valves

    Mornin all. Just came into possession of a 1964 JD 3020 diesel with power shift. I'll need to bar the engine over to check valves and other stuff. I hate to pry on the forward engine hydraulic coupling-- is there a better way to sneak up on TDC and such?? TIA

    JD 50 Electronic Ignition Coil Temp.

    Just installed an electronic ignition conversion with Flame Thrower ignition coil on a friends 1956 50. Tractor runs great but the coil seems very hot to the touch. Do these epoxy filled coils normally run hotter than original point coils? Scared to put her to work until I find out what to...
