    1855 Intake Preheater Cable Routing

    Can anyone tell me where the large cable that runs from the starter to the preheater solenoid is supposed to be routed from factory? Picture would be great. The ground just goes down to a valve cover stud correct?

    1855 rear end lube pump

    Does the lube pump drive off of the input shaft? The reason I ask is because I want to start it without installing the IPTO shaft. I just finished an overhaul and want to light it before I put all the steering and hydraulic lines back on so it easier to do a retorque and valve reset.

    Does anyone know the part number for the wear sleeve that goes on the front pulley for the front main seal? I looked on agco parts but can't find it. This is a late cooler block 310 if it makes a difference.

    I just read an old thread about the same oil pressure issue and B A STARR stated that there is suppose to be an oil restrictor in the oil feed line to the turbo.     Do all diesel 310's have the oil pressure regulator valve right below the alternator? I just bought an 1855 that sat for years and is now running but I thought the oil pressure was a bit low around 30 psi cold idling or revved up doesn't matter. I pulled the plug and there is nothing in there.

    970 fuel tank

    Never thought I would have to ask how to remove fittings buuut how do the fittings come out of a late 970 tank? All three are leaking and I need to clean the dirt out of the bottom of it as well.

    I just bought a 970 from an estate which had sat a number of years and have one problem with the powershift. It shows good transmission pressure on the dash gauge but shifting from 1st to 2nd on the powershift it hesitates too long then shifts, 2nd to 3rd fine inching pedal is good no slippage...

    Trying to end an argument here. Was the mcv tellite and engine oil tellite on all 06 series in the big gauge on the dash? I know the 66's had a separate light down by the key.

    4650 AC ??

    My 4650 quit cooling and with gauges on it the suction is 150 and high side is 115. The suction side frosts the line off the pump. Where do I start?

    4650 Seat

    Any suggestions on an air ride seat for my 4650? There is nothing wrong with the hydraulic seat but really feels old after riding an air seat for a few hours. I would really like to use the original top if possible to keep it original looking.

    Dumb Question on a 4650

    Doing a trans hydraulic oil change on my new to me 4650 and my manual shows 3 drains and I can only find 2. The tractor is a late serial number, power shift with mfd. My manual also is for early models with the ZF front axle which mine is not.

    4650 Light Problems

    I just changed all the lights to led and the 2 inside fender lights will not go out on low beam. The outside work on both beams as they should. I don't know if they worked properly before I did this because the tractor is fairly new to me.
