From your description countershaft no. 20 PN 351143R21 and gear no. 24 PN369025R. Verify these are the numbers of the parts you are looking for in the linked diagram. CNHI Farmall 140 parts diagram By a quick search of those part numbers I was only able to find used part’s offered.

Thanks for the help I found some used ones local at Burch store tractor about an hour away from me and they have a large selection of Farmall stuff
