I just bought an 830 Gas COM to add to my group of 30 series. All I need is the 430 and 630 to have a complete set. So far, I like the 730 diesel COM comfort king the best. Just a nice handling machine. I was holding out to find the comfort kings and not the older ones. What do you all have for 30 series? what is your favorite and why?

A bunch of 30 series here, first is a 730 hi-profile dry clutch. 6 930s a 1030 and a 630 diesel for starters...

I have a 430,730 ,830 , 930 and a 1030, all diesel. Also have a Vac and a VA, both gas. Just missing the 530 and 630. I could just kick myself for selling the 530 diesel I had 30 years ago, but I was young and needed the cash for other things at that time.

I have an 830 that's not running and a 1030 that is my main tractor. My 400 has a 301d in it, so it's the same as an 830.

I own a 1969 1030ck and a 730ck gas and a 730ck diesel that my dad bought new. My wife prefers the 730ck diesel. All have there own jobs to do.

the 430s are hard to beat. i had a 930 comfort king and now have a 730 diesel comfort king .. i like the riding hi. but either is like driving around a 2 story house in the farm lot. much better working in the field all day. only thing better is a 4020 deere after i get it started. but that green thing likes fuel too much for what the CASE's will get done with the same fuel.

Several years ago I had an early 830 COM diesel, great tractor, and it was the first Case I ever owned. That tractor got me hooked on Case tractors that I sold the Deere and got another
Case. The 830 was traded for an 1170 because I needed more power. I was looking for a 1030, but couldn't pass the deal on the 1170 which I still use along with several letter series Case

830 CK here, just found out yesterday that it has over 16000 hours on it, so that has raised my respect for it a fair bit. I bought it 4 years ago thinking it had 8 or 9000 on it, oops. Not looking to expand on the collection right now, but it gets 100 or so hours a year raking and shuffling stuff around the yard and I wouldnt want to be without it.

430 utility, diesel, triple range, 3pt PTO. Had to replace lift arms and had drive train rebuilt when purchased 20 years ago. Had the pump done by Dieseltech last year. A little hard to start cold (not enough battery). I bought it to run while searching for a nice 550 Oliver. Don't have the Ollie but the Case keeps chugging on. Two things I wish, even after the rebuild the the hydraulic fluid leaks into the rear, overpowering the axle seals and making the right brake not work, and I wish it has power steering as my rotator cuff hates me. But a real handy tractor.
