Case 930 CK with draft-o-matic hydraulic oil change?

I just picked up a 1965 Case 930 comfort king tractor it has a 8 speed transmission and 3pt arms. I need to change the hydraulic oil because the hydraulic oil looks like milk and when i cleaned the built-up dirt out the hydraulic remotes i push in on the little balls and got a small stream of water out of the hoes. Can anyone give me the proper steps to change out the hydraulic fluid? my maintenance manual says it holds 17 gallons but no oil change process. Thank you.

There are 3 drain plugs on The bottom and
a filter on the left side under the
platform. Fills from the breather/dipstick
on the left of the pto. Clean out the
breather with gas or something as well.
