Expiration on decals?

Is there a generally-accepted longevity to unused vinyl-cut decals, or do they last a long time unused? There are a bunch of partial sets that might be a bargain, but only if they don't go bad with time. steve

That really depends on how old, how they were stored, temperature they were stored at ect..

They do sun-fade with time and get brittle if unused. But that can take awhile.
